Gamasutra
This site has great content about game design, programming, art, and other issues related to producing games.

Zileas's Website
Zileas is some kind of alternate version of me. He also went to MIT and he's also really, really good at a competitive game...Starcraft, rather than my Street Fighter. He's got a lot to say about game design, especially RTS design. PS--he works at Blizzard now.

Raph Koster's Website
Raph is probably the leading thinker in the world on the subject of massively multiplayer game communities. He was lead designer of Ultima Online and now of Star Wars Galaxies. His site is deep and insightful.

Kralizec's Interactivity-Design Online Reference
Martin Kremecek from Vienna has also created a website about game design theory. Get the German perspective.

Shoryuken.com
Although this site is about playing games, not designing them, it offers valuable insights into the mindset needed to be a successful player of competitive games. It focuses on Street Fighter and other Capcom games, plus it's run by my friends!
